ZHEMFIT LIGHT COURSE

Need to get back in the game? Never worked out before? Or just looking for an effective workout that almost anyone can do? Our ZhemFit Light Video Course is exactly what you need!

ZhemFit Light a safe and effective full body workout concept. In our ZhemFit Light video course we help you build up your strength and stamina, and we offer tips and corrections along the way. The course consists of 14 full body workouts, including two stretching lessons, which will help you reach your goal.

21-DAY ZHEMFIT ABS CHALLENGE

Get in shape and see what you’re made of with our 21-day ZhemFit Abs Challenge. How far can you make it? The full package consists of 21 video classes; one per day during a 3-week period.

In these three weeks you will be able to build up your level, and if you follow the designed rhythm of the course, you will be able to follow each class.

If you prefer a slower tempo, that’s fine too, and If you need to skip a workout, you can just jump back in the following day. Exercise based on your own level and need; you can do less - or more - by simply pausing the video or adjusting the number of repetitions.

ZhemFit Light with Debora Regoli

This is designed for you who are new to the ZhemFit concept and want to try it out (in a softer tempo), or for you who are already a hardcore fan looking for low(er) intensity classes to balance out your weekly routine.

This class is 25 minutes long.

We recommend wearing comfortable fitness clothing and to have a water bottle, towel and mat at hand.

 

ZhemFit Light with Debora Regoli

Our lower-tempo and lower-intensity version of our bespoke ZhemFit concept.

This class is 40 minutes long.

We recommend wearing comfortable fitness clothing and to have a water bottle, towel and mat at hand.

 

ZhemFit Floor with Alexander Zhembrovskyy

Thanks to the extra support from the floor, this is an effective and very safe ZhemFit class; also suitable if you are recovering from an injury.

This class is 50 minutes long.

We recommend wearing comfortable fitness clothing and to have a water bottle, towel and mat at hand.

 

ZhemFit Full body workout with Alexander Zhembrovskyy

ZhemFit is a fairly intensive fitness class; perfect for those looking for an effective and challenging workout. Simply put, we'll make you sweat!

This class is 30 minutes long.

We recommend wearing comfortable fitness clothing and to have a water bottle, towel and mat at hand.

 

ZhemFit with Claudia LantinI

ZhemFit is a fairly intensive fitness class; perfect for those looking for an effective and challenging workout. Simply put, we'll make you sweat!

The class is 45 minutes long.

We recommend wearing comfortable fitness clothing and to have a water bottle, towel and mat at hand.

ZhemFit WORKOUT ROUTINE #2 with Alexander Zhembrovskyy

This is a longer ZhemFit class for you who are up to the challenge!

This class is 50 minutes long.

We recommend wearing comfortable fitness clothing and to have a water bottle, towel and mat at hand.
