STRETCHING WITH MAIA MAKHATELI

Maia Makhateli is the principal dancer at the Dutch National Ballet and Best Ballerina of 2020 by Dance Europe Magazine. This is the ideal class to work on agility and to stretch after our Ballet classes (although not limited to, of course).

This class is 35 minutes long.

We recommend wearing comfortable fitness clothing and to have a water bottle, towel and mat at hand.

 

STRETCHING WITH ALEXANDER ZHEMBROVSKYY

The ideal class to work on general agility and to relax the muscles. It helps to relieve tension and improves blood circulation. It also helps to recover muscles faster and reduces the risk of injuries.

This class is 30 minutes long.

We recommend wearing comfortable fitness clothing and to have a water bottle, towel and mat at hand.

 

MORNING CLASS with DEBORA REGOLI

STRETCHING with Claudia LantinI

Stretching is a great training in and of itself and can very well be combined with all our other lessons. In our Stretching classes we combine stretching disciplines from ballet, yoga, pilates and gymnastics.

This class is 30 minutes long.

STRETCHING WITH DEBORA REGOLI

In this class we go through some of Debora’s favourite stretching exercises. The perfect way to wind down after a busy day or a workout.

This class is 42 minutes long.
