THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED FOR YOU WHO ARE NEW TO OUR ZHEMFIT CONCEPT AND WANT TO TRY IT OUT, OR FOR YOU WHO ALREADY ARE A HARDCORE FAN BUT LOOKING TO BALANCE YOUR WEEKLY WORKOUT ROUTINE WITH BOTH HIGH INTENSITY AND LOW(ER) INTENSITY CLASSES.

With this class you will:

  • Get a full introduction to our ZhemFit concept

  • Get a more complete weekly workout routine, allowing you to mix between levels to get the most out of ZhemFit and optimise efficiency

  • Transform your body through a unique, fun and motivating full-body workout

  • Develop the ballet body aesthetics; good posture, lean muscles and elegant bodies

  • Increase functionality of the body and develop coordination

  • Get physically and mentally stronger

  • Gain better flexibility for greater range of motion

  • Exercise on the floor mat, at the barre and at the center using your own body weight as tool (no equipment needed)

  • Learn how to exercise properly, safely and most effectively

  • Improve cardio and blood circulation

  • Burn body fat and create strong, lean and highly functional muscles

  • Learn to use ZhemFit exercises to workout efficiently in any
    environment: travel, home, beach etc.

  • People who are new to ZhemFit and want to try it out at their own pace

  • People who are fans of our ZhemFit concept and want to optimise their weekly workout routine, mixing between low(er) intensity and high intensity classes

  • People seeking a fun, motivating and effective, results-oriented full body workout

  • People who want to exercise with professional ballet dancers as teachers who have deep knowledge and experience in reaching desired fitness goals and the best possible physical condition

  • No prior experience needed! This class is for adults of almost any age, physical condition and body type

  • People who want to develop elegant ballet body aesthetics such as a good posture and lean muscles

  • People who want to get support and guidance in creating a body transformation in order to deeper their self-love & body-confidence

  • Anyone who enjoys exercising and learning in a supportive, motivating, friendly and fun environment

Please note, by doing fewer repetitions the degree of intensity can become suitable for almost anyone. Of course it's always OK to take a break as well.

About the teachers:

Zhembrovskyy is a unique school that focuses on top quality, ambition and results. The process of on-boarding new teachers is very selective, aiming to ensure highest quality of service to inspire and motivate you whilst offering an exclusive yet fun experience. Our teachers are all professional ballet dancers and fitness coaches from the Dutch National Ballet and other dance and fitness companies. They know how to help you reach desired results.

 

How does it work:

If it is your first time, come try a class for free. Then register via our Eversports tool and sign up for the classes you want. Eversports is our class registration system and helps you keep track of the schedule and your purchased packages. If you have any questions or concerns about which classes to choose, come for a trial class, give us a call or send us an email. We are always happy to help! Our goal is to support you in your development and to provide a professional environment for dancers and movers of all ages, levels and backgrounds.

 

The first class is free!

We want to be fair with you and we want you to be confident about your choice of school and classes. That is why we offer you to try any class once for free.

Important! Please don’t forget to let the teacher know that you are trying the class for the first time. That way we will better know how to help you with the next steps.
