ZhemFit

ZhemFit (former 'Ballet Fitness') is a great and new way to get or stay fit and healthy. Alexander Zhembrovskyy has based this unique fitness workout on all training from his professional dance career. Ballet dancers are known for their lean and beautiful bodies, their graceful posture and endurance. In addition to ballet techniques ZhemFit also contains elements of various workout programs. Dance experience is not necessary. 

 

SOME ADVANTAGES OF ZHEMFIT:

  • Different muscle groups are strengthened - abdomen, back, hamstrings etc.
  • Cardiovascular training, breathing techniques, fat burning and improvement of blood circulation.
  • Stretching relieves the tension and stress in the muscles and improves the flexibility of the body.

 

ZhemFit

ZhemFit is a fairly intensive workout training. However, by doing fewer repetitions and adjusting the body posture here and there, the degree of intensity can become suitable for almost anyone. ZhemFit is perfect for the beginner or if you want a lighter yet still challenging workout.
