Your Zhembrovskyy account is getting a make-over!
After many years of using the service of Mindbody it is finally time for some change. Your Zhembrovskyy account is getting a make-over! We will be moving over to another platform (Eversports) for handling our schedule, bookings, purchases and your Zhembrovskyy account. The scheduled live date for this change is August 14th.
What this means to you?
You will receive an email invitation from Eversports to activate your account
On the morning of Friday, August 14, you will find an email invitation to activate your new Zhembrovskyy account with Eversports. This email will be sent to the email address you are currently using for booking classes with us (the email address of your account in Mindbody).
PLEASE NOTE: if you had turned off notifications in your account, you will not receive this email invitation. This is because of GDPR, or because we do not have a current email address to contact you with. If you would still like to continue taking classes at Zhembrovskyy but have not received the email notification, please send us an email and we’ll help you get started.Once activated, you can continue joining classes like normal
Simply click the link to activate your account with a password of choice, and voila ! Now you can continue booking classes and purchasing lessons and packages like normal.You account details stay the same
When you activate your account, all of your active packages and bookings will be moved over. So you don’t need to worry about a thing. You will be able to see your active packages in your account like always.Book classes via our website, or via the app
To book new classes, or purchase new lessons or packages etc, simply head to our website. The schedule and pricing page will work like normal. If you aren’t already logged in to your new account, then the website will prompt you to log in first. You will also be able to book our classes and buy lessons and packages via the Eversports app. Make sure to follow Zhembrovskyy West and Zhembrovskyy de Pijp to make booking and check-ins with a couple of clicks.Check in via the iPad, or via the app
As usual, we will have an iPad on the wall in the classrooms, through which you can check in for your class. And if you have the app downloaded, then you can also check in to class in advance via your phone.
We will be sending more information on prior to August 14, with handy links and other things so you can familiarise yourself with your new account environment. Ultimately, everything will work 100% the same as it is now, it just might look a little bit different than what you are used to.
We kindly ask you to ensure you activate your account once you’ve received the invitation link. That’s the best way to ensure we can continue offering you our services.
Why are we moving away from Mindbody?
Mindbody has helped us organise and grow, but as we continue to grow it has proven unscalable. We are always looking for ways to improve our services to you, our students, and as we know there are better and more suitable account systems out there, we felt it was overdue to upgrade.
