Graham Technique workshop
An exclusive workshop by Claire Graham
This is an exclusive workshop taught by Claire Graham on Sunday the 16th of November from 16:00-18:00 in Studio Amare.
In this workshop, we will aim to move through a traditional Graham technique class, which includes a floor progression into standing, jumps, and combinations across the floor. We will touch on the key concepts of contraction and release, spiral, and shift of weight. We will break it down for each dancer to implement this beautiful technique in their other dance styles and movement in general.
