Ballet Rising workshop inspired by George Balanchine ballet Four Temperaments

Our very own Casey Herd organises an exclusive Ballet Rising workshop at Studio West

Join a unique Ballet Rising workshop inspired by George Balanchine ballet “Four Temperaments" by Casey Herd and Laura Rosillo on Sunday, September 10, 2023 followed by Ballet Rising projects presentation and open talk.

Making a positive difference through dance is at the core of Zhembrovskyy Studio's values. That's why we've teamed up with the Ballet Rising project, a venture established by our very own Zhembrovskyy teacher Casey Herd and a remarkable dancer from the Dutch National Ballet dancer, Laura Rosillo. Portion of event proceeds will aid a cause resonating with Ballet Rising's mission to make ballet more accessible by empowering emerging ballet communities in the most unlikely places. Stay tuned for updates on the cause and how you contribute.

Ballet Rising is a community development organization dedicated to making ballet more accessible by empowering emerging ballet communities in the most unlikely places. Ballet Rising addresses a lack of connectivity at the edges of the global ballet community with the aim of expanding opportunities and collaboration through financial support, networking, and awareness.

Please note that the workshop includes complex choreography. It is recommended for students who follow Intermediate and Advanced Ballet classes.
