Cancellation policy & penalties for unlimited packages and memberships

We of course understand that sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to your reserved class. Our cancellation policy helps us maintain the high quality of our classes and is important not only to our business, but also for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you come to our studios.

Because our unlimited packages and memberships are different in nature from the other class package options we offer, they require a separate cancellation policy which is based on a time-for-time penalty system. What this means is that, if you cancel a reservation outside of the free cancellation window, or if you miss a class, your active package / membership period will be shortened and the final day of your package / membership will be moved up.

The applicable late cancel and missed reservation penalty is noted in the Cancellation Policy section of the check-out journey when buying a package or membership, as well as on the class reservation page or otherwise before you make a reservation. Incurred penalties will appear on your account 1-7 days after the reservation date.

Late cancellation

Group class reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 hours prior to class start time. If a cancellation takes place within 10 hours of class start time, a late cancellation time-for-time penalty will be charged. See our time-for-time penalty chart below. From time to time we may review and/or update this late cancellation penalty system.


No-show

If you miss a group class reservation without cancelling, the same time-for-time system applies but the penalty is higher (this is because, by not cancelling, your spot would not have been made available to others via our waiting list system, and hence it’s blocking other students from booking the class). See our time-for-time penalty chart below. From time to time we may review and/or update this late cancellation penalty system.

Monthly unlimited package / membership

Late cancel: 2 days penalty (your package / membership will be shortened by 2 days)

Missed class: 3 days penalty (your package / membership will be shortened by 3 days)


Yearly unlimited package / membership

Late cancel: 5 days penalty (your package / membership will be shortened by 5 days)

Missed class: 7 days penalty (your package / membership will be shortened by 7 days)


Please note that this cancellation policy also means it is important each student take responsibility of checking in to each class. You can do so via the iPad in the studio. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the student to ensure check in has been completed. If you have any troubles checking in, please inform the teacher so they can help. Not signing in for a class might lead to penalty consequences.
