Zhembrovskyy is a Ballet, Dance and Fitness school located in Amsterdam and which employs teachers and guest teachers from various countries and companies.
In order to Zhembrovskyy to run its business, we make use of third party providers such as SquareSpace (which host our website), MindBody (our schedule and booking portal) and ConstantContact (our CRM system) through which we collect data online. In this privacy statement we address which data are collected and how they are used, stored, and shared within Zhembrovskyy, which serves as the data controller. The Zhembrovskyy website and business is hosted and managed in the Netherlands.
When becoming a student of the Zhembrovskyy school, we ask that you submit personal data into our MindBody portal which is necessary for any individual to become a recurrent student of our school. It is through MindBody that students or parents/legal guardians can view our class schedule, their purchased lessons package/s, participation history and how many lessons are left in a purchased package. Zhembrovskyy is committed to ensuring that our students privacy is protected. Should we ask that you provide personal data, i.e. information which relates to you (or your child/ward) as an identified or an identifiable natural person, through our website or the aforementioned third-party tools we use, you can be assured that this data will only be processed in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
WHAT WE COLLECT
You can access and use our website without providing us with your personal data.
Zhembrovskyy may collect your personal data through the website in three specific situations:
- When you create a MindBody account to become a student of our school;
- When you subscribe to our newsletter;
- When you fill out our contact form for requests related to our services.
In these instances, the following personal data may be collected: name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, referral type (if any). Zhembrovskyy does not collect any special categories of personal data as defined in article 9 sub 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Zhembrovskyy use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to our users' needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes. Overall, cookies help us provide our users with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages users find useful and which they do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to user's computers or any information about the users, other than the data users choose to share with us.

- to respond to your inquiries sent via our contact form or changes made by you in your MindBody account.
- to create personal student accounts via MindBody for the aforementioned reasons.
MindBody stores all data in servers and backup servers located in the United States. MindBody has Privacy Shield certification which complies with GDPR regulations related to transferring data outside of the EU. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA
Other than what is mentioned above and which is necessary for our business operations, Zhembrovskyy does not sell, lease, share, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties.
If you change your mind and you no longer wish that we process your personal data for marketing purposes, you may either opt-out by unsubscribing, or simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask that we remove you from our marketing mailing list.
If you wish to obtain details relating to the personal data which we have collected from you, if you believe that these data are incorrect or incomplete and would like to have them corrected, or if you would like that we erase your data, please send us an email at email@example.com.
